FAQHow can I order a guitar, and how much do they cost?If you are interested in a guitar, please telephone me. I feel it's essential to have a personal conversation so that I understand your needs, likes and dislikes. I also value a personal connection with anyone who will be playing one of my instruments. My current base price is $ 10,500, which includes a $500 nonrefundable order deposit and a $700 allowance for my standard Rodgers tuners. Options such as different back and side woods add to the base price. For pricing details, go here. I ship my guitars subject to a five-day approval period, if the instrument has standard features. See approval policy here. How can I see and hear examples of your guitars? My guitars are available directly from me and from a few select dealers, who may have an instrument in stock. I exhibit regularly at classical guitar festivals; see my current schedule here. For information on recordings of my instruments, go here. You may also call me to see if I have a completed instrument on hand, and arrange a shop visit. What features are standard?A full list of standard features and specifications for both classical and flamenco guitars can be found here. How should I take care of my guitar?Handmade guitars are delicate, and need to be handled, transported, and stored carefully so they are not damaged by temperature or humidity extremes or rough handling. Complete instructions on caring for your guitar can be found here. |
