The VK version of this design was knitted in white mohair with a big turtleneck. It's much nicer in Kureyon--great way to use 3  skeins (down to the last yard!). Just the thing for mornings in my chilly office. The simple stitch pattern gives just a little textural variation and a bit of openwork, and it looks cool on the wrong side as well as the right side. I scalloped the lower edge and finished the neck edge with garter stitch and crocheted picots. It's almost impossible to get the colors to display right--this is close, but a bit too fuchsia.
